Website privacy

Your enquiry and your visit.

Articulate Inc. uses information you choose to provide to review and respond to your business or project enquiry.

Your planning workspace

The free workspace saves your draft in this browser’s local storage. It is not submitted to our team, synced to an account, or included in analytics. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to see it. Download a copy to keep your draft, and use “Clear this device’s draft” to remove it. Clearing browser data also removes it.

Information you send

The enquiry form collects your name, email, the nature of your enquiry and relevant project or business details. Phone, budget and website are optional. Please do not include financial, medical or other sensitive information, or a street address.

Enquiries are stored in ZenLink, our restricted business system, and handled by the ZenHome team. We use service providers for website hosting, storage and email delivery. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

We keep an enquiry while it is useful for review and follow-up, and delete it when you ask. If an enquiry becomes an active customer or business relationship, the relevant team explains any further recordkeeping needs.

Website analytics

When enabled, Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights help us understand page visits, referral sources, broad geographic regions, device types and website performance. We measure selected interactions, including process stages and form completion, without sending form text, names, email addresses or phone numbers to analytics.

We do not use session recordings or attempt to identify anonymous visitors. Private review pages and local development previews do not contribute to production analytics. See Vercel’s analytics privacy information.

Form protection

We use validation and short-lived request limits to reduce spam. Network addresses are converted to a keyed hash for those limits; the rate-limit records expire after a day. Your form text is not placed in page addresses or analytics events.

Questions or deletion requests

Use the business enquiry form and mention your privacy request. Do not include identification documents. We may need to confirm that a request relates to your information.
